Return and Refund Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Important Instructions for Claims

To raise any claim regarding a wrong, damaged, incomplete, or used product, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the package before opening
  • Show all sides of the parcel
  • Be continuous and unedited
  • Not be paused or cut during recording

Please note that pictures/screenshots alone will not be accepted for verification.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Tags and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders without a proper unboxing video
  • Return requests made after 2 days of delivery

Damaged, Wrong or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged product, a wrong item, or missing products/accessories, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Hello@luxurybeautyindia.com with your order details and unboxing video.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Partial COD Orders

For Partial COD orders, the advance payment of ₹50 is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after confirmation.

Full COD Orders

COD orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

If a Full COD order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery, Full COD may become unavailable for future orders.

Customers can still place future orders using:

  • Partial COD, or
  • Advance payment of 10% of the order value

Luxury Beauty Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to limit or disable COD services for suspicious, fake, or high-return orders.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
